HugvarTerms of Service (Public Offer)

This document is an official public offer (the "Offer") of [FILL: ФОП Full Name / Company] (the "Provider") to enter into an agreement for the use of the Hugvar service (the "Service") on the terms set out below. By registering, paying for, or otherwise using the Service, you (the "User") fully and unconditionally accept this Offer.
1. Subject of the agreement
The Provider grants the User access to Hugvar — an online analytics platform for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising creatives that provides search, filtering, and analytics tools.
The Service is provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis. Access is granted for the term of the selected plan.
2. Plans and fees
The Service is offered on free and paid plans. The scope of each plan and its price are published on the pricing page of the website.
Paid plans are provided on a subscription basis with automatic renewal for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
The Provider may change prices; changes do not affect an already paid period.
3. Payment
Payment is made via the payment methods available at checkout, processed by a third-party payment provider.
Card data is processed by the payment provider in accordance with PCI DSS and is not stored by the Provider.
The subscription is activated after the payment is confirmed.
4. User obligations
The User agrees to use the Service lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
The User is responsible for keeping account credentials confidential.
Automated scraping, resale, or redistribution of the Service data without written permission is prohibited.
5. Provider obligations and disclaimers
The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and the data fresh, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The Service aggregates third-party advertising creatives provided "as is". The Provider is not the author of, and is not responsible for, the content of third-party advertising displayed within the Service.
Hugvar is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. "Facebook", "Instagram", and "Meta" are trademarks of their respective owners.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Cancellation and refund terms are described in the Refund Policy, which is an integral part of this Offer.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
The Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the current subscription period.
8. Final provisions
The Provider may amend this Offer by publishing a new version on the website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
